This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath includes cable HDTV in the living room, free Wi-Fi high-speed internet, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, private laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, fully-stocked kitchen with 6-burner gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is one reserved parking space. Once weekly maid service is included at no additional cost. If you desire to have maid service more than once per week this can be arranged for an additional cost.
The Master bedroom includes a king size bed, generous closets, air conditioning, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom with shower. You can view the sunsets over the Bay of Banderas from the tranquility of your master suite.
Guest bedroom includes a queen size bed, large closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and its own bathroom with shower conveniently located just across the hall.
Estrellita Del Mar is a 16-unit boutique complex. The building has an elevator. From the front gate there are approximately 6 stairs to the elevator. This clean, immaculately maintained building is gated and safe, with a large heated pool and beautiful lush gardens that blend into nature. Located in the preferred area of Amapas, just above Old Town, this condomonium is the perfect home-away-from-home in Puerto Vallarta, whether you seek a quiet oasis or bustling nightlife.
Estrellita Del Mar does not allow pets for guests. There is a strict no smoking policy anywhere in the unit including the outside terrace. Minimum stay is 5 nights.
