The Neighborhood
Palmera Vacations is honored to present Horizon 502. This luxury condominium is located in Amapas, the quiet, serene neighborhood in the hills above the Romantic Zone (downtown) in Puerto Vallarta. This unit is located on the 5th floor and has sweeping, unencumbered views of Bandaras Bay, Zona Romantica, and the mountains. The property is located on the edge of the town alongside lush jungle; and therefore, it is lovely and quiet at night. Los Muertos Beach and downtown/romantic zone are just a 10 minute walk to local beaches or a 5 minute cab ride.

Condo Features
The condo is over 2,300 sq ft and sleeps 6 with 2 king bedrooms, one queen sofa-bed, and 2 full bathrooms. There is a large open concept living room, sitting area with a sofabed, dining room, and full kitchen. The entire front wall of the condo consists of sliding glass doors that open fully to the large terrace which provides the most amazing panoramic views over Banderas Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The building is commercial grade cement and steel construction, and this condo features luxury finishes including marble floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a huge master suite with a walk-in shower and large closet. In late 2021, the unit was newly painted and furnished with custom furniture built in Mexico with local parota wood.

The condo is fitted with everything you will need for a perfect vacation, including all new bed linens, bath and beach towels, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Horizon Residences Amenities
Horizon boasts three infinity pools within the grounds, two of which are heated during the winter and a huge, magnificent semi-circular pool with views over the Old Town/Romantic Zone. There are numerous sun loungers and daybeds for you to enjoy the sunshine and a large and spacious lounge area with sofas and tables set around an indoor water garden. Horizon has 24 hour security and a staffed front desk, all of whom speak English and are able to provide help and guidance when required or who will simply call you a taxi if needed.
