Palmera Vacations is proud to present Villa Amapas I, also known as the North Villa. This exquisite beachfront villa features 3 bedroom suites and 3.5 bathrooms, ideal for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

One bedroom with 2 Queen size beds
The first level includes a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining and living areas, and one bedroom suite with a king sized bed. The living room overlooks the heated infinity pool and offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. On the patio, you'll find a stone dining area perfect for enjoying meals outdoors all year round.
Each bedroom boasts ocean views and private terraces, providing a peaceful and exclusive atmosphere.
Villa Amapas I & II are adjacent beachfront villas located in the beautiful Conchas Chinas area of Puerto Vallarta — known for its spectacular beaches and breathtaking sunsets. Both villas are accessible by elevator or stairs and include a full staff dedicated to making your stay unforgettable.
🧹 Maid service is provided daily, except on Sundays, which is the staff’s day off. If service is requested on a Sunday:
$50 USD per staff member
$100 USD if the Sunday is also a legal holiday
Additionally, there is a 4th bedroom available upon request. This room features 2 single beds and is located at the back of the property with a view of the inner garden. Please inquire about availability and pricing.
