Palmera Vacations is pleased to present, This four-story home was designed to stand out in its details from commissioned art in the lush, private garden to a tiled, soaking pool on the roof. Every floor has multiple balconies with views of the river and surrounding mountains. Each room has a personality that flows from bold to tranquil, leaving you inspired and refreshed. Though only a one bedroom, the space is ample with three floors for your privacy and a rooftop dipping pool. Great space for a family of four!Stay close to everything three blocks from the bustle of tourism. The beach is a 1 mile walk through the Romance District or call an Uber. There are numerous restaurants, shops, art galleries and shows close by. The home is filled with unique Mexican styling and creature comforts. There are always fresh breezes right off the river, tons of light and the sounds of an authentic Mexican neighborhood. You will enjoy a balcony on every floor and a pool on the roof!
The roof has an intimate sitting pool, grill space and exceptional views of the river and surrounding mountains. The bedroom offers two balconies and the main floor has a large balcony with an outdoor dining space. There is a full bath with a deep tub in the master suite and a half bath on the main floor. The gardens below are lush bringing the jungle to your doorstep!
Check-ins and check-outs may be flexible depending on other bookings. Cleaning service is not included, but if you need extra sheets or towels they are provided, or a house cleaner can be called for an extra fee. Please tip for any extra service you receive and for any extensive mess you may leave behind. Also, we apologize in advance for any traffic or bus noise from the street in front of the house. It depends on the season
