Each of the three bedroom suites comes with a king size bed and two pullouts in the living room. Each with a private en suite bath, spacious built-in closets, linens, and towels. The unit also has local cable TV and free wireless internet access so you can enjoy the convenience of checking your emails as you lounge comfortably on the terrace while taking in the sun and breathtaking views.

Make yourself at home in the very spacious, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and purified water filtration system for drinking water and ice. The unit also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer and A/C throughout that is individually controlled in each room.

The 20 acre private residence community features the following: 24 Hour Gated Security, 8 large infinity edge pools, several comfortable and quiet lounging areas, beach Volleyball, 2 lighted tennis courts, fully equipped gym with views of Banderas Bay, SPA with massage services, Jacuzzi, steam room, showers and locker area; 2 large bay view Palapa areas with free Wi-Fi internet access, front palapa restaurant with bar service, beautifully landscaped walking paths throughout the community.

Enjoy everything the surrounding areas have to offer. The charming towns of Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle are just a short 5 minute drive. They offer a variety of local shops and excellent restaurants for your authentic Mexican Riviera experience! There are many beautiful beaches and beach towns to explore as you drive along the coast.

The popular Flamingo golf club – an 18 hole championship golf course, is five minutes away. Yacht owners and sailors can dock at the new Marina at La Cruz just 10 minutes away. Water sports and horse-back riding on the beach are easily arranged. Also nearby, take a Canopy ride in the jungle, swim with the dolphins, or enjoy the many historical and ecological adventures offered by local tour companies. Our condo is centrally located, tucked away in its own private paradise.


***MONTHLY ELECTRICITY: 50kw of electricity are included per night. To prevent extra charges, please conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning when not in the condo. A charge of $3.00 pesos per kw will be assessed for consumption that exceeds an average of 50kw per day.***
