The nearly 9,000 square feet estate is set on 1.5 acres of unspoiled paradise, enriched with lush tropical gardens and wild life. The indulgent hacienda offers elite amenities such as two heated pools surrounded by a blanket of colorful plants and flowers, outdoor showers, lush tropical gardens, palapa and large deck for a relaxing luncheon or sunset cocktail, private chauffeurs, chef services, bartender, daily maid service with turn-down, as well as a lavish interior and decadent bedroom suites. With the hacienda's unique location, guests enjoy magnificent views of the south, north shore, Puerto Vallarta sky line and the exquisite turquoise/green jade of the Pacific ocean. The accented exotic aviaries throughout the hacienda make it the only place in Puerto Vallarta to create a true "tropical island" within a home.

The design of Hacienda Palo Maria is comprised of a main house and a separate house for guests. The hacienda's main house features two floors of opulent living with professional kitchen, large living area and dining areas able to accommodate 12 fortunate guests. The second floor offers one master bedroom and two adjacent bedrooms, each with its bathroom. The master suite has a sweeping view on the ocean, Palo Maria river, the pools and terraces. Additional to the main house, a second house features guests quarters, with 1 en-suite bedroom with garden and pool view, 1 en-suite "casita" with sitting and bar area, and a small kitchen. Right above is the other 2 en-suite bedrooms with tasteful professional design, with pool grounds and ocean view.

Adjacent to the ocean front is the oversized deck, used for sun bedding during the day, or a delightful dinner prepared by your own in-house chef, and served under the stars. In the evening the hacienda takes on a magical feeling with clever use of lighting.

The space at Hacienda Palo Maria allows accommodating parties up to 350 guests (weddings, family reunions, corporate events and more). A very selected few may experience the fine quality and service of Hacienda Palo Maria.
