The PH-4 unit has a stunning ocean view from its large private terrace, living area and bedrooms. With its modern design, it can be set up either as a open living space or, thanks to the movable pocket walls, as a 2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms apartment which can comfortably accommodate 4 people for a perfect vacation experience. Enjoy the amazing rooftop with an unmatched 360 viewpoint and its high-end amenities offering: heated infinity pool, jacuzzis, sun chairs, cabanas, gym & a full service bar. Ideally located in the heart of Zona Romantica and only a few minutes walk away from Los Muertos beach, the Malecon, restaurants, shops, SPA, bars & nightlife.

The PH4 unit has marble floors and an all-glass exterior wall which offers an ocean view wherever you are in the unit. The terrace intimacy is guaranteed by a green wall and is equipped with a comfortable 2-place sofa, 2 chairs and a table that can sit 4 people, ideal to have breakfast or have a drink to enjoy the sunset. A BBQ is also available to enjoy your favourite grills. The living area consists of a large and comfortable sectional sofa as well as a 51” LG smart TV with Netflix, Prime video and Disney+ (subscriptions not provided). High-speed internet is fast and reliable and is accessible with the apartment’s Wifi network.

The kitchen with its marble counter-tops is also equipped with all the necessary cookware and dishes. It has also a 5-burner gas range, an oven, a microwave and a full-size refrigerator with ice-maker and filtrated water. Other equipments include a coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, a blender and a wine cellar. The counter-top has 3 comfortable stools that can sit 3 people, practical if you want to have a quick bite. The apartment can be configured to accommodate the number of guests and your preferred lifestyle. Therefore, it can be set up as a luxurious loft-style open living space or by using the retractable pocket walls, you can have 2 separate suites with each their own bedroom and full bathroom.

The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and an adjacent vast bathroom with a rainfall shower. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a queen-size Murphy bed and a full bathroom with a rainfall shower as well.

The rooftop common area can fulfill all your needs! Work on your sun tan in one of the comfortable lounge chair, take a swim in the infinity pool or simply enjoy a drink from the full service bar while watching the spectacular view of the ocean, the town and the mountain. You can also relax in one of the jacuzzis or get some calories burnt in the gym.

The is a security guard in the lobby 24 hour insuring your safety at all times. The elevators are also secured by an access card.

Guest access

Please note that there is no parking available on premise. Public parking is available about 5-10 min walk from the building. The property is about 30-min away from the airport under normal traffic conditions.

Other things to note

• No smoking, no pets
• You also need to follow the property rules. Among other things, noise level must be kept at acceptable level and no parties are allowed. At the pool, only headsets can be used to listen to music and glassware is not permitted. You will be provided with an access card at check-in.
• Please help us protect the environment by using AC with moderation. Also, please do not leave the glass door opens while the AC is on.
