Paradise Amapas, a spectacular 5,000-square-foot villa offering a luxurious retreat surrounded by nature, where birdsong, the lush jungle, and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and a waterfall create a truly unique experience.
Enjoy your private infinity pool and the heated spa-style pool within the community. Just 5 to 10 minutes away, you'll find Puerto Vallarta's best beaches—Playa Amapas, Conchas Chinas, Playa de los Muertos—as well as the Malecón, the Romantic Zone, restaurants, galleries, and vibrant nightlife. The property features four bedrooms, including a separate attic with a sunroom, lounge chairs, tables, shower, full bathroom, jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in closet for two.
On the first level, there are three bedrooms with separate entrances: one with an ensuite bathroom and two that share a bathroom. All bedrooms have a balcony with chairs and a table, a safe, a hairdryer, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a closet. The villa also offers a fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry area, living room with TV and comfortable sofas, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a beautiful green area next to the pool. Guests have full access to the two swimming pools, the house, the front and back patios, the walking trails within the community, and the sun terrace, ensuring a comfortable, private stay with a connection to nature.
