Vacation Rentals in Puerto Vallarta

There was only one complaint and that is that the maid service didn’t always happen on the assigned day. Once it was a day earlier and once a day later. This was an issue for several reasons, other than that it was great. Alfredo was very responsive to needs and Slvia is excellent to work with.

The Airbnb was amazing! The building was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and everything felt modern, stylish, and well-maintained. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The host and their team were very communicative and quick to respond whenever I had questions, which made the stay even better. The location was another huge plus it was close to everything, including bars, restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.

This condo is very nice with beautiful views! Conveniently located close to everything in Zona Romántica. The pool is great with a bar and it has incredible views of the bay. I would stay here over and over!

It was really good vacations! The host was very responsive every time. All environment is really nice. Very close to amenities, to the beach to a Mall and to groceries. Everything is very easy to get walking. The Swimming pools very nice and the rooftop swimming pool have a amazing mountain view and ocean view. The apartment have very nice mountain view as well. High ceilings in the apartment. Everything was so clean. Enough towels for swimming pool and for showering. They made really good job for the people to have amazing quite and nice vacations!! We definitely go back ! 100%

The staff at Palmera were very helpful especially David and Alfredo. They looked after all our needs and we were quite pleased with the service they provided. We would have no hesitation booking through Palmera again.

Avida Residence was a very accommodating property with all its amenities and convenient location. Alfredo the concierge was very responsive and checked us in and out in a timely fashion!! Highly recommend and will use again.

Palmera Vacation was very responsive to our requests and questions. The condo was very clean and had a nice view. The building is located up a steep hill, about 5 minutes from shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location from beach and bustle of town! 24-hour security and metal gate on condo door provided extra safety and confidence. Only 1 block from the beach and popular restaurants but neighborhood was quiet and not noisy from nearby bars. Amenities were modern and pool area has an amazing front row view of the ocean and downtown. Enjoyed the stay!

We had very good service from the start to the end of the trip, responses to our questions always quick and courteous. The condo was as described in the ad and we loved it. Alfredo our on-site concierge was great too. We recommend this agency without hesitation and we will trust it again for our next trips. Thanks again for the services.

Thank you for a great stay at Casa Round up. We loved the unit and the building and will be back! When we had trouble with the TV your team resolved the issue. Thank you Alfredo and team!

Our stay at Harbor 171 was exactly what was offered on the website and just what our family needed. The central location made adventures in the area easy and the view and pool were fantastic. We’d definitely consider staying again in the future

All of my email contacts with Palmera prior to travel were answered courteously and quickly. The concierge service on arrival and departure was excellent. The PV Ladies unit met all of our needs though there were a paucity of hangars provided in the closet space (a small, but easily improved, issue). It would have been helpful if we had been notified a day in advance of the maid service so we could have been better prepared.

A more comfortable bed, or foam mattress topper, and a Firestick for the bedroom tv, to make it functional, would have made this a 5 star stay. When you have insomnia, a tv the bedroom is a must. We loved the location, the patio, and the pool!

Sylvia was wonderful and professional . I really enjoyed speaking with her and looked forward to seeing her . My enquires were always addressed.. Daniel ( in maintenance I believe) is a great person . Meet and spoke to him a few times . Likeable guy and awesome in his position! Martin ; the groundskeeper is a kind , quiet person who is very pleasant and diligent. We really like Martin a lot. Sylvia , Daniel and Martin are all very friendly , competent, and committed employees. Not a problem or concern with Palmera Vacations.

The condo exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, the place was amazing, and the neighborhood was very safe and fun to explore.

I have had a very good experience working with Sylvia Gradilla and Alfredo. I have several other rentals coming up using Sylvia for 2026 and 2027.

Palmera team is great - very responsive. I have dealt with Sylvia for several years and she is great.

Everything was fantastic. I never had to worry about a thing with Palmera Vacations.

We loved this condo! We are sad that our vacation was interrupted by the cartel happenings but we will be back asap. The views were incredible and we had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the shower door would not close all the way and it caused a lot of water to leak out. Not a problem we just put a small towel on the inside to help absorb. But something that might be an easy fix. But everything else was perfect. Everyone that works for this company was so nice and helpful. Location and amenities were great. Thank you so much for having us!

Is Worth Dreaming was a great condo with amazing views. The condo had plenty of room for a family of 4. We had a blast taking the kayaks to Los Arcos and snorkeling.

Communication was helpful and timely. Our concierge was responsive and friendly.

Location of property is IDEAL with easy access to 200 via private condo steps; short hike to romantic zone is very doable; Views from condo and pool are top notch; the facilities double filtrated water is excellent so no need to purchase water and carry up the hill; heated pool cannot be beat and many times we had it to our selves; open front and back doors and the breezes eliminate AC dependency; residents in 15 unit condo complex are very welcoming.

Staff are all friendly and helpful, but as you get busier it’s hard to keep everything perfectly organized. Only suggestion is to keep clients informed if you have to change housekeeping schedule.

Location perfect, beautiful pool yard. Quiet building. You are amongst businesses. Service was great for any problem we had. Fixed immediately

Amazing location and building! Rooftop pool was stunning and views/sunsets from the room were beautiful! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and all the nearby local spots. There was also a great breakfast place just steps from the downstairs exit, which made mornings especially convenient.

Great location, plenty of food options in a walkable distance or short ride. Close to Romantica to explore. Beach and pool access were private enough, not overly crowded. Great location to get an all inclusive resort feel without being fully all inclusive. Would visit again.

The view was spectacular!! The pictures don’t do it justice, could see whales and a pirate ship that does fireworks every night with a nice sunset

The unit was very nice, clean and well maintained. It had all the required items and was as advertised. Alfredo was a pleasure to meet once again and was always quick to respond to any messages. Great job by the Palmera Team. Please advise if any Manyara units come available for early 2027 and/or late 2026. Cheers

Check in and check out were handled well. The building and location were great. Very quiet. The unit could use some updating especially to the lighting system in the bathrooms and table lamps in the bedroom would have been helpful. Wifi reception in the bedroom was not very good.

Very well equipped condo in a great location and beautifully decorated. Loved staying there.

David Patricio, as well as his colleague Luis from the maintenance team, was very attentive and very responsive to our inquiries, and very effectively resolved a few minor issues we faced. Their care and dedication made our stay at this condo easy and confortable.

The condo was lovely and staff was great. I would recommend leaving instructions on the operation of the tv.

Your representatives were very helpful and kept us informed. We loved the unit 504!

The washer was broken. I was not informed of this in advance. Because it was broken we needed more towels. It took a while to get the towels, about 3 days. It was kind of a hassle. Everything else was good though. Thank you.

5 estrellas pero nos cobraron $500 por llegar 20:15. Todo lo demás 10/10, limpio y equipado

Staying at Pier 57 is always a delight. The building’s location and amenities are top notch. So much is within a short walk with plenty of options for food, shopping, wellness, and nightlife. The unit is as-described and pictured. As one recent review mentioned, we were a bit nervous about noise given it is on the second floor, but you forget quickly as the views are amazing and it was very quiet. The only issue we had was using the safe, but all else was very smooth from check in to check out.

We came as a group of five and we all absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The place is just like the pictures with everything included such as toiletries and cups so we didn’t need to spend extra on those things. Palmera was always very responsive and helpful in anything we needed. Great location and walkable to many restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and clean environment.

Great location! I love this building and the staff that works there. Good place to stay! Small details that I’m sure will be taken care of very soon! The host is very attentive on the way the property is being managed! I would come back!

Friendly service, room was clean and air conditioning in the room worked great. Nice views from the infinity rooftop pool.

The staff at Palmera Vacations were very responsive, to any of our requests. We really enjoyed staying in this neighborhood.
